If there is one thing that defined Neneko in the 90's it was this. The Katana was defined as what a true competitive racer should be. The Katana's competiive spirit was what helped it reach the podium in most of the races in the 1993 season. And that was escalated over the next three years as it dueled with the likes of the Vinardi Salvatore, Junko GS-450, and even it's own sister kart, the Neneko Batoru. The Neneko Katana was the showed that sometimes the most competiive karts out there aren't the ones winning championships.
