One of the biggest questions regarding ModNation Racers is, "Do tunnels even exist in the game?"  While we have seen some brief footage in previous trailers of tunnels, there has been no real answer in terms of actually creating tunnels in the track editor.  Well, behold, a new video has surfaced showing a tunnel being created in the track editor!  Check it out here:
